Booking and Scheduling

Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
Payment Terms
Payment for our services is due upon completion of the cleaning session unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including:

All payments must be made in full before the service provider leaves the premises.

Our services are insured to cover accidental damages caused by our staff during the cleaning process. In the unlikely event of such incidents, please notify us immediately to process any claims.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional charges or rescheduling of the service.
